Office Manager
Responsibilities
-
Oversee and support administrative staff in their duties to ensure the office is operating smoothly and efficiently by employing efficient and competent administrative staff

Divide and delegate office duties based on the individual’s skill level
-
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
-
Analyze existing administrative procedures and come up with ways in which they can be improved
-
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
-
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
-
Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
-
Ensure the billing is all inclusive and accurate
-
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
-
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
-
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Qualifications for Office Manager
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
-
2+ years of construction office experience in an administrative/office management role
-
Good typing skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Applications; and able to work swiftly and accurately through various small office projects
-
Must have exceptional attention to detail and conscientious
-
Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to strategically prioritize tasks
-
Must be a self-starter and driven

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
-
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications
-
TEXAS Driver’s License and good driving record
Term: Two-month trial period
Hours: Full time 8:00am-5:00pm 1-hour lunch
Compensation: $20 - $35/hour depending on experience
Service Electrician
Responsibilities
-
Competently repair electrical equipment and systems in residential and commercial settings. As a service electrician, you will troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components to fix lighting, fuse boxes, control panels and generators.
Requirements

Must have Journeymen Electrician License,
-
Valid drivers license, be insurable, and no DUI(s)

Compensation: $25 - $35/hour depending on experience
